Political Identity Branding System

This identity system was created to push beyond the typical look and tone of political campaign branding.

The goal was to present Andrea as a candidate focused on real change, and to clearly communicate how her platform could support healthier, longer lives for voters. At the center of the campaign is a timely issue that affects nearly everyone: rising healthcare costs. This system helped frame those challenges in a way that feels personal, clear, and solution-driven.

Visually and verbally, the campaign balances informative messaging with emotional connection. I focused on building trust by making the content feel approachable and honest while still communicating the seriousness of the issues and the impact of Andrea’s proposals. The result is a brand that feels both credible and relatable, encouraging deeper engagement with the campaign’s mission.

This project was a collaboration with Brittany Alford, a former colleague from Louisiana Tech University School of Design. Together, we combined strategy and design to create a cohesive identity system that feels modern, clear, and hopeful, while challenging traditional expectations of campaign communication.
